C.A.V. Cooperative Mission Statement:
The CAV Cooperative pursues a clear mission to provide a clean,
affordable and friendly place to live.
We strive to provide recreation and services appropriate to 55 and
older residents keeping costs in mind.
Through individual cooperation and volunteers, we can maintain a
park that is safe, clean and secure.
